Christmas Punch Recipes

Serve your Christmas Punch in a large glass punch bowl and ladle out into small cups or glasses. About 3/4 cup
for each serving.
1 jar (10 ounce) of strawberry or raspberry jelly
2 liter ginger ale soda, chilled
1 quart peppermint ice cream
1 cup milk
Miniature candy canes for garnish
In a saucepan, melt the jelly with 2 cups of soda. Chill the mixture. Place
about 3/4 of the ice cream in a punch bowl. Stir in the jelly mixture with the milk. Add
the remaining soda and stir until frothy. Now add the remaining ice cream by scoopfuls.
Tip: Use miniature candy canes to garnish the punch bowl and cups.
Put this Evergreen Punch on your buffet table. It's delicious and a festive GREEN color!
1/3 cup sugar
6 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk
2 liter bottle of lemon/lime soda, chilled
1 quart vanilla ice cream
12 drops of green food coloring
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water and cook until sugar is dissolved. Remove
from heat. Add the milk and vanilla extract. Transfer to a pitcher or small bowl and
When ready to serve, put milk mixture into a punch bowl. Stir in the green food
coloring. Add the ice cream and then the soda. Stir until frothy.
Tip: Use a sparkling crystal punch bowl so the green color will be seen.
You can also garnish this with mint leaves and surround the base of the bowl with
greenery to make it even more FESTIVE.

2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 1/4 cups lemon juice
2 cups apricot nectar
1 can (6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate
3 cups apple juice
2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
2 liter bottle of ginger ale
1 bottle champagne
orange or lemon slices and halved strawberries
Add water to sugar and boil for 1 minute to make a syrup. Set aside and cool. Add the lemon juice,
apricot nectar, orange, apple and pineapple juices to the sugar syrup. Chill. Put a large block of ice, or ice cubes
in a punch bowl and pour mixture over the ice. Just before serving add the ginger ale
and champagne. Top with the fruit slices. Enjoy!
Make a festive ICE Ring to put in your punch bowl with this refreshing Christmas Punch Recipe -
ICE RING: Ingredients:
5 cups of water
Assorted fruits (cranberries, cherries, orange,lemon or lime slices)
Lightly spray a tube cake pan or mold with cooking spray. Add water and arrange the fruit on top.
Freeze until ready to use. Remove by dipping the pan in warm water. Float the ice ring ,
fruit side up, in a punch bowl with the cold Sangria Punch.
Christmas Sangria: Ingredients:
6 cups white cranberry juice, chilled
1 can (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 bottles of sparkling white grape juice, chilled
Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl just before serving. Float the ice ring
in punch bowl. You can really taste the fruit flavors, but not overly sweet.
And very decorative with the ice ring.
Try this warm Christmas Punch recipe to give your guests that cozy, welcoming feeling when
they come in.
Warm Apple Cider Punch
1 gallon of apple cider or juice
3 cups of orange juice
12 whole cloves
12 whole allspice
4 cinnamon sticks
4 strips of orange peel
orange slices for garnish
In a large pot, combine the apple cider with orange juice. Put all the spices and
orange peel in a double thick cheesecloth and tie with string to make a bag. Put the spice
bag in the pot.
Simmer over medium heat uncovered for 30 minutes. Discard the bag. Serve the
warm cider in mugs garnished with orange slices on top.
Tip: If you don't have cheesecloth, use a coffee filter instead. Just bring edges
together to form a bag and tie the ends with string.
